Q: Can I pay all upfront for my package?

A: Unfortunately, we only do monthly payments.

Q: Do you do refunds?

A: Refunds are at the full discretion of ASN, please contact your coach.

Q: Can I cancel my payment myself?

A: You can't yourself, but we can for you! Please email adaptivestrength@gmail.com.

Q: How much notice do I have to give to cancel my membership?

A: We require 14-days prior to your next payment, written notice sent to adaptivestrength@gmail.com.

Q: Do you only train powerlifters?

A: Nope!  We train clients who are looking to work on their general fitness, bodybuilding, boxing, and powerlifting.

Q: I’m super new to counting macros, do I have to have experience before I sign-up with you?

A: Nope!  We will teach you everything you need to know about counting macros.  If you’re new though, we definitely recommend the Total Transformation package.

Q: Which gym(s) do you offer in-person training services at?

A: Evolve Strength North, Chop Shop Physiques (Spruce Grove) and Wolfhouse MMA.

Q: Do you offer in-home training sessions?

A: We do on a case-by-case basis, as long as you have the equipment at your home gym.  Please email adaptivestrength@gmail.com for more information.
