The unrealistic diet culture and false promises that is perpetuated everywhere you look. We want to shield you from it all and provide you with quality information that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals in a realistic and healthy manner. Get a new training program delivered automatically via email on the first of every month with the SHIELD subscription-based service!
ASN Coaching's training program is updated monthly and comes complete with linked exercise demos. This is a great option for those of you that have experience in the weight room and would like a structured program that varies month to month, but it is also suitable for beginners as you can scale to your abilities. All subscribers can adjust every program to be home-based or gym-based.
There are form-checks and community interaction with this option via a private Facebook group.
You can ask questions and get feedback from the ASN Coaches and your peers.
